The APHA’s international membership is growing at an amazing pace. But reaching that thriving market can be just as challenging for sellers and stallion owners as it is for those looking for the right horse. Sometimes the perfect Paint Horse is only a few hours away—even if you are outside of the United States and Canada—saving you both time and money. While many countries have opened their borders, the language barrier remains a challenge.
The International Marketplace aims to break down those barriers and bring buyers and sellers—as well as stallion and mare owners—together. Two unique solutions, available only online, will be launched fall 2011.
International Horses For Sale ads will offer Paint, Quarter Horse and Thoroughbred owners outside the United States and Canada an economical way to reach potential buyers at home and abroad. All ads will be in English and available only online.
International Stallion Alley ads will be reserved for Paint, Quarter Horse and Thoroughbred stallions standing outside the United States and Canada and for those stallions with frozen semen approved for export. Again, all ads will be in English and run only online.
